It started on saying that the lady driver violate one of mmda policy which is illegal parking. A traffic enforcer tried to talk to the driver and ask for its license but she refuse on it. She wants the officers to explain what was going on. she keeps on saying that she doesnt violating any rules . Traffic enforcers cant control the situation so officer bong nebrija came to rescue his men. Nebrija ask the lady driver what her violation is, illegal parking on the road more than 5mins. The girl is shouting that she just stop to answer a call and it did not take so long
The conversation does not doing well, so nebrija just ask for her drivers license but still the violator refuse to give it. She keeps on reasoning that parking is within the limit and she did not exceed on 5mins.
Nebrija looks irritated and losing patience after asking the lady so many times to gave his license for issuance of ticket, so he ask his men to tow the drivers car. The girl get angry when she saw his car trying to tow by the enforcers. "We wont be settled if u will not cooperate, you can complain if u want, at the office and not here,nebrija said."
Still the woman keeps on arguing, yelling and asking for a proof that if she really exceed on 5mins parking rule. Nebrijah called someone on his phone for help, telling the stories. On that moment, enforcer Azures calmly talk to the driver, that why she keeps on refusing to give her license. According to Asurez, its their protocol to get the drivers license every incident happening on the road. A ticket worth 200 but u take this so long,he said.
After long argument, the husband of the driver came up. He got angry on the enforcers and ask them, "why are u harassing my wife, she's pregnant. " she's bleeding, we are suppose to go to the hospital,why dont u just try to consider the situation..
He get and gave the license of her wife, then the couple decided to left.. Then they notice, aside from illegal parking, the ladies car is coding.
